A large Global bank housed in multiple countries across Europe requested us to assist them with the upgrade of their unified collaboration solution in four of their largest locations.
They were moving from an older smaller Cisco solution to the newer higher performing Cisco IX5000 to enable interaction with larger audiences.
Our remit was to meet the hardware onsite, audit the delivery ensuring all the required items were there and then install from the ground up, and all this was to be done across all four locations at the same time.
Our engineers attended site prior to the installation to remove the older systems preparing the rooms for the new installation.
The new systems were installed in association with their internal IT team and fully tested within the allotted time and within budget.
