A leading global service provider required additional resources to assist in the roll out of some network probes to enable fault troubleshooting and testing.
This was required across 30 countries and more than 180 sites and required the utilisation of not just our engineers but the resources of our approved partner services.
We engaged with the carrier to discuss and agree what would be required by the installing engineer as a scope of work and proposed a shared project management team to coordinate the movement of the hardware devices and resources to sites, we also assisted them with holding local stock in country where we could.
This was completed successfully over 6 months and we are still installing and support this client across multiple countries.
